Haddon Dene’s Year 4’s had the time of their lives at Hogwarts! They visited the Harry Potter Studios in Watford. They will use this experience to enrich their English work.


Despite the freezing weather, Year 5 completed a beach clean at Viking Bay. They collected 3 whole bags of rubbish, preventing further pollution to our sea. Well done guys!


Children at St Gregory’s Catholic School are always looking forward to new ways to learn and discover things, whether it is on their own or with a group they always enjoy playful, active learning!




Year 4 at Minster Church of England Primary School have been learning about teeth and their different functions. They tried different types of food to see which teeth were used and how they worked to make the food ready to swallow!



The eight year-old champion of Young Cooks 2018 presided over a VIP luncheon where she served her winning menu to 30 guests – including an MP and a mayor. Boglar Bote-Godri, of St Nicholas Primary Academy, was crowned overall winner of Young Cooks at a MasterChef-style final staged in November!



Congratulations to Christ Church Junior School Table Tennis Team!  Emilia, Tommy, Augustus and Lawrence all played excellently finishing as runners up at the Thanet Primary Schools Table Tennis Tournament on Friday at Dane Court. 




This week St Peter-in-Thanet C.E. Junior School welcomed Year 2 pupils from Callis Grange Infants to work on their dodgeball technique with the Sports Leaders – a fun afternoon was had by all!




12 students and one member of staff from Sandwich Technology School will taking part in an FA Referees Course in February! ⚽️?



Last night 12 students  at Thanet Wanderers were presented with Hoodies to award them for their attendance efforts and for demonstrating Rugby’s core values (in buckets!!!) 


Young broadcasters from Chilton Primary School had a great time creating their own radio advert for their school in Ramsgate!
