School council members welcomed Elena from the Cheerful Sparrows charity into Drapers Mills  Primary Academy yesterday. Pupils from year 1 to year 6 entered the Cheerful Sparrows art competition last term, in which they were challenged to create a ‘cheerful’ piece of artwork. The winners will then have their work displayed at QEQM in the cheerful Sparrows ward, to help patients on the ward feel better!
