Chocolate Easter Egg Nests

Ingredients: 225g Plain chocolate, broken into pieces 2 tbsp Golden  syrup 50g Butter 75g Plain Cornflakes/ Rice Crispies/ Shredded Wheat 36 Mini chocolate eggs Equipment: Fairy Cake Cases 12 hole fairy cake tin Saucepan Bowl Spatula/spoon Fridge   Method:  Pop a fairy cake case in each hole of the cake tin. Put a saucepan of water on to slowly heat until it is simmering. Break the chocolate up into chunk and put it in the bowl with the golden syrup and butter. Set the bowl over the pan of simmering water (do not let the base of the bowl touch the water)....

Gingerbread Recipe

Ingredients: 350g plain flour 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 2 tsp ground ginger 110g unsalted butter (cubed) 175g light muscavado sugar 1 large egg (beaten) 4 tbsp golden syrup 1 large egg white (For the Icing) 175g icing sugar (For the icing) Equipment: Oven Sieve Non-stick paper 2 Mixing bowls Wooden spoon Rolling pin & flat surface Gingerbread man cutter 2 baking trays Whisk Piping bag Wire cooling rack   Method: 1. Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda and ginger into a mixing bowl. 2. Put the cubes of butter into the mixture and use your fingers to rub the butter in until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs. 3.
